Renowned singer Parashqevi Simaku celebrates her 59th birthday today.
She was the one who announced the news herself, through a post on the social network Facebook.
But she misses her son, Luke, as she writes, "Every mother, when she wakes up on the morning of her birthday, dreams of her child hugging her and saying, 'Happy birthday, my mother!'"
"Today, on my 59th birthday, my heart is filled with longing for you."

But I know you don't even know when my birthday is, and that hurts me deeply.
However, my heart always beats with you – just as it did when you were in my womb, even today, in every breath of my life.
Even though we are far apart, you are always a part of me – my light and my hope.
