For several weeks, model Dajana Kalo's health has been in danger, after she suffered a brain hemorrhage, caused by an arteriovenous malformation (AVM): a serious condition that required immediate surgical intervention.
After the surgery and a difficult recovery period, the model reacted for the first time through an emotional post on Instagram, where she shared photos and videos from the rehabilitation process with her followers.
"Hi dears! I'm trying to get back together again... I don't know why I have so many emotions and I find it a little difficult to express myself, but I feel from the heart to make this post," she writes.
Dajana has publicly thanked all those who have supported her morally and financially, giving her the opportunity to be treated in one of the best hospitals.
"Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity you gave me to be cured... Everything has gone very well and will continue to go even better only with positivity, as you know me," she says.
As a result of her health condition, the model had difficulty moving the right side of her body and could not walk normally. In recently published images, she is seen working intensively with physiotherapists, in a long but hopeful recovery process.
"We'll see you very soon with more light, more energy, and an even stronger version of myself. Sometimes it's okay to not be strong... just to realize how much strength we hold within us as beings," she concludes.
