For days, the Kosovo Prosecutor's Office has issued an arrest warrant for Noizy and the case became very media. The Kosovar prosecutor's office even stated that the rapper had not appeared, despite the promise of his lawyer, and that is why they had asked for the help of citizens for information.
On the other hand, the rapper openly defied the legal authorities of the brother state, performing in various clubs and then escaping. But just a few minutes ago, Rigelsi made a post on Instagram stating that he will contract a law office to deal with the case, since according to him, he has nothing to do with the beating of Medi Isen, the crime for which he is accused:
"For days I have been part of the media headlines as a result of an unfair denunciation against me, for an event that happened in Peja, where I have no finger at all, zero!
I want to close this response with a deep apology to those who were disturbed by my response. This came as a result of the indignation for a false and unfair report against me, since I have never faced such situations and as a result, unfortunately, I did not react at the level I would like. Once again, sorry.
I also understand the media doing their job and I apologize if they were misunderstood by my hasty reaction.
As above, I want to inform and guarantee anyone and every institution that I am never on the run or defying justice, but I am following the legal path with professionals in the field to avoid the trap of injustice against me and solve the case in cooperation with the authorities of justice in Kosovo.
Together with the law firm contracted by me, we will contribute as much as possible to extinguish any doubt that weighs on me and clarify this event, where I am the victim of a false report and I have nothing to do with it.
