For a year, Shakira has been the epicenter of pink news and her every move is being watched with a magnifying glass.
The singer, who already lives in Miami with her children, recently returned to Barcelona. This was for the Formula 1 race at the Circuit de Catalunya, just outside the Catalan city.
It was surprising to everyone that she took her children with her and even more surprising was that she stayed in the house where she previously lived with Pique and the children.
According to the newspaper "La Vanguardia", the house is located in the Ciudad Diagonal housing estate (Esplugues de Llobregat), near Barcelona.
The Colombian has been allowed to return to what was once her home but is owned by Pique's company Inversiones BCN Two & Two SL, according to the newspaper.
On the other hand, both Pique and his circle do not know the reason for Shakira's visit to Barcelona, it could be to contact her lawyers or to spend time with Lewis Hamilton.
However, they have tried to avoid any conflict for the sake of the boys.
