But now it has been revealed that the new news about his career is not just a rumor, but is based on official reports and international media publications. According to the media that have published information about the transformation of one of the most luxurious resorts in Miami, Florida, Renato Mekolli currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, a new hotel refreshed after an investment of 100 million dollars.
There he is at the helm of the “Paralía” restaurant, an oceanfront gastronomic concept inspired by Greek and Turkish cuisines and highlighting local seafood ingredients and fresh recipes inspired by Aegean taverns. This project has been described by various publications as one of the most prominent new culinary offerings in the area, and Mekolli’s name appears in connection with this specific position.
Although the details of his professional journey after leaving the screen have not been widely documented in international media, his involvement as Executive Chef in a prestigious resort of this level shows that he has continued his career in the field of professional culinary outside Albania and has become part of a major hotel project.
