The prestigious L'Equipe reports that the French star, Kylian Mbappe has officially informed Paris Saint-Germain that he will not continue his contract. In fact, the source in question mentions that the Parisians want to either continue the contract or be sold. According to the publication, this clause can be activated until July 31.
Kylian Mbappe decided at the end of last season to stay at Paris Saint-Germain until the summer of 2024, with the French superstar able to extend his contract for another year.
The said source even states that Paris' intention for Mbappe is to extend his contract, otherwise he will be sold. The reason, of course, is that if they don't sell him in the summer then they risk losing him for free, as from next January Mbappe will be free to talk to any club he wants before the summer of 2024
Breaking | Kylian Mbappé sent a formal letter to PSG today telling them that he will not, under any circumstances, be activating the option in his contract for a further year until 2025 - it is now possible that PSG may seek to sell the player this summer. More follows. (L'Éq)
