The women's national team learned this Tuesday the rivals they will face in the qualifiers for the "Brazil 2027" World Cup. In the draw held at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, Albania has been placed in Group B1, where they will face Wales, the Czech Republic and Montenegro.
The qualifying matches will be played according to the home-and-away system and according to the UEFA calendar, the qualifying matches will start in February and the final matches will be played in June.
After the qualifying matches are completed, the play-off phase will begin. The women's national team can qualify for this phase if it ranks 1st, 2nd or 3rd in Group B.
