The Turin derby is one of the most heated matches in Italian football, with a fierce rivalry between the fans of the two teams. And not only to Italians. It is no coincidence that this weekend's match ended up being discussed in the European Parliament.
The Irish MEP, Mark Wallace, appeared in the hall as he has often done before, wearing the shirt of Torino, a team he is a fan of. But not only that, he closed his speech with a phrase that has made the rounds of social networks, since he shared it himself.
" President, good luck to Torino on Saturday against Juve ", he said first, then uttering the typical curse of Torino fans in Italian: "Juve merda e forza Toro".
