Dinamo managed to qualify for the Albanian Cup final after a narrow 0-1 victory over Vllaznia at the “Loro Boriçi” stadium. The first match between the two teams ended in a 1-1 draw, making the return leg decisive.
The only goal of the match was scored in the 75th minute by Dejvi Bregu. The midfielder launched an individual counterattack from midfield, passing the opposing defense and finishing accurately in front of goalkeeper Aron Jukaj. Despite Vllaznia's efforts, the score remained unchanged until the end.
There were no shortage of scoring opportunities during the match, with striker Bekim Balaj having one of the best opportunities for the Shkodra team, but failing to convert it.
In the other semi-final, Egnatia secured qualification after a strong encounter against Elbasan, which was decided by the penalty spot. After a balanced duel, the Rrogozhina team showed greater accuracy in the decisive shots.
The final of the last edition of the Albanian Cup is repeated again, where Egnatia and Dinamo will face off at "Air Albania", on May 13, 2026 at 19:00.
In the last final, it was Dinamo that managed to triumph, while this one on May 13 is expected to be a very hard-fought match.
