The Albanian Football Federation has published today all the decisions of the Disciplinary Committee for irregularities caused in the duels of the previous week. The three teams of Superior, Skënderbeu, Tirana and Partizani have been fined for wrong behavior of the spectators, while there are no shortage of punishments in the First, Second Categories as well as in age football.
Decisions of the Discipline and Ethics Commission of the ALF dated 07.12.2023:
1- KF Skënderbeu, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, causing a lack of order and discipline in the stadium, offending the opposing fans, based on article 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
2-KF Tirana, for wrong behavior of spectators by throwing things on the field, lighting flares and damaging the premises of the "Air Albania" stadium, based on articles 17/1, 17/2/b, 17/2/c, 17/2/f and 17/2/h of KDE, is punished with a fine of 400,000 (four hundred thousand) ALL. KF Tirana is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
3- FK Partizani, for wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field, lighting flares and damaging the premises of the "Air Albania" stadium, based on articles 17/2/b, 17/2/c, 17/2/ f and 17/2/h of KDE, is punished with a fine of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL. FK Partizani is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Air Albania" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
4- FK Tomorri, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in case of repetition of not taking organizational measures, it will be subject to the disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the AFL.
The player of FK Tomorri, Erald Hyseni, for serious play against the opponent, based on Article 14/1/e of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
The player of FC Lushnja, Lauren Ismailaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
The player of KS Delvina, Donald Mehmeti, for physical attack on opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 10 (ten) matches suspension from activities.
The official of KF Valbona, Alfred Allamani, for provoking the spectators, based on article 14/1/f of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) matches suspension from the activities.
5- The player of KF Vllaznia U-21, Mirsad Zahi, for physical attack on the match official, based on article 14/1/l of KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from activities.
6- KF Teuta U-21, for abandoning the valid match of the U-21 Superior Category, against AF Elbasani U-21, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.
7- The player of KF Tirana U-15, Glen Gugalli, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
8- The U-17 Football Academy player, Evans Cuni, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
9- KF Laçi U-17 player, Kledis Marku, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
10- The player of FK Partizani U-19, Denard Mesut, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
11- The official of KF Vora, Bazion Tragaj, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
12- The official of KF Vora, Ervin Kajo, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
13- The player of KF Vora, Kevin Dalipi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/b of KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
14- The dismissal of the request of the player of FK Butrinti, Ardit Jaupaj, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
15- Dismissal of the request of KF Maliqi player, Devis Meçollari, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
16- Dismissal of the request of the Flamurtari FC Futsal player, Karlo Kalus, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
17-Dismissal of the request of the player of KF Skënderbeu U-17, Kristian Agolli, as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
