Discipline with an 'iron fist', "shakes" Edlir Tetova after accusations against referees, two teams of the Superiore are fined

The Ethics and Disciplinary Commission of the Albanian Football Federation (AFHF) has published today the decisions taken for the last week of football in Albania. These decisions concern clubs in the Superiore, First Category, Second Category and even youth football.

Due to accusations against the referees after the match with Tirana, Egnatia coach Edlir Tetova was fined 100 thousand new lekë. Meanwhile, Elbasan and Vllaznia suffered from the fans, being fined 200 thousand and 50 thousand new lekë, respectively.

Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:

AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, as well as repeatedly using offensive chants, based on articles 17/2/b, 17/2/e and 33 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek.

KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, igniting pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of ​​the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

KF Egnatia official, Edlir Tetova, for making public insulting and denigrating statements against sports institutions and match officials, violating the principles of sports ethics, in violation of article 8/1 and article 13 of the Code of Discipline and Ethics, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.

Pursuant to Article 6/5 of the KDE, KF Egnatia is jointly and severally liable for covering the monetary obligations of club officials.

FC Lushnja, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

FC Lushnja official, Marjus Sula, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) match suspension from activity.

KF Tërbuni player, Romario Tabaku, for attacking players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activity.

KF Tërbuni player, Bradley Buci, for violent behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.

The official of KF Sopoti, Fatjon Xhafa, for threatening match officials, based on Article 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to a 10 (ten) match suspension from activities. In accordance with Article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and the interior of the stadium, until the end of the sentence.

KF Sopoti player, Endri Goçi, for violent behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.

Lojtari i KF Shkumbini, Orsi Ageja, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

Lojtari i KF Shkumbini, Argjend Hasfatija, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

KF Gramshi, për mosrespektimin e detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive dhe rregulloreve të aktivitetit duke shkaktuar vonesa gjatë ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 8/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 500.000 (pesëqind mijë) lekë.

Sipas nenit 76/1/b të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.
KF Gramshi, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast përsëritjeje të vonesave apo ndërprerjes së ndeshjes, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore më të rënda, të parashikuara nga Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës

KF Klosi, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kampionatit Kombëtar të Kategorisë së Dytë, kundër Kamza Sport, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/b të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.

Zyrtari i KF Laçi U-19, Vladimir Gjoni, për provokim të spektatorëve, në bazë të nenit 14/1/f të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Lojtari i KF Laçi U-19, Moriseni Klelio, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

KF Skënderbeu U-19, për dështim në përmbushjen e detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive, duke mos garantuar sigurinë e zyrtarëve të ndeshjes dhe lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të neneve 6/3/b, 8, 13/2, 17/1, 17/2/a, 17/2/h dhe 77 të KDE, dënohet me zhvillimin 8 (tetë) ndeshjeve pa spektatorë dhe gjobë në masën 300.000 (treqind mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

Lojtari i FC Kinostudio U-16, Anxhelo Hajdarkolaj, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

Lojtari i Labëria SK, U-16, Sendi Gockaj, për sulm ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

Lojtari i Tirana Young Stars U-15, Jemuel Cuni, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

Lojtari i AF Dajti U-17, Enio Doka, për sulm ndaj zyrtarit të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/l të KDE dënohet me 15 (pesëmbëdhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

FC Alpha U-16 Girls, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities by causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Second Category U-16 Girls, Tirana Regional Zone, against AF Dajti Girls U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. Holle U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-16 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Bulqiza U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.

Kamza 07, U-14, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-14 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Vora U-14, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.

Korabi U-17, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-17 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Rinia-EL U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.

Don Bosko Academy U-13 official, Endri Pire, for unsportsmanlike behavior and violation of the basic rules of good conduct, based on articles 13/2 and 77 of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activity.

Don Bosko Academy U-13 player, Roan Kadiolli, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/l of the KDE, is sentenced to 10 (ten) match suspension from activity.

The KSP Junior U-13 official, Kreshnik Zhupa, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/l of the KDE, is sentenced to 1 (one) year suspension from activity.

FC Storm player, Igli Balliu, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activity.

FC Storm player, Ledjon Balliu, for threatening match officials, based on article 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to a 10 (ten) match suspension from activities.

Primo MFC player, Klaudio Hoxha, for threatening match officials, based on article 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to a 10 (ten) match suspension from activities.

FC Mallakastra player, Amarildo Marku, for threatening match officials, based on article 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to 10 (ten) matches of suspension from activities.

Acceptance of the request of the official of KF Teuta, Arian Sheta, based on Articles 67 and 74 of the KDE, the review of decision No. 20 dated 09.01.2026 of the KDE, for point 10, closing the disciplinary proceedings against the applicant.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
