The Ethics and Disciplinary Commission of the Albanian Football Federation has published this Friday the decisions regarding the events and violations identified during this period in Albanian football.
Among the most important decisions is the one regarding Dinamo coach Ilir Daja, who has been suspended for four matches for unsportsmanlike conduct. As a result, the coach will not be on the bench in the challenges that Dinamo will develop in the "Final Four" phase for the championship title race.
The commission has also taken measures against the youth teams. Tirana U-17 has been ordered to compensate for the damage caused to the "House of Football" facilities within a 15-day period.
Meanwhile, Partizani U-18 has been penalized more severely for failing to comply with organizational obligations and security responsibilities, as well as for inappropriate fan behavior. The club has been fined 400,000 new lek and will play the next four matches without fans present.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
"FC Dinamo City official, Ilir Daja, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activity. In application of articles 34/1 and 34/3 of the KDE, a partial suspension of the implementation of the punishment is decided after half of it has been paid. The period of conditional suspension will be 6 (six) months.
FC Besa official, Romeo Bishdili, for violating the basic rules of good conduct, by entering the field of play in an unauthorized and irregular manner, based on article 13/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
FK Bylis U-19, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-19 Championship, against KF Skënderbeu U-19, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
KF Tirana U-17 is ordered to compensate for the damages caused to the interior of the "House of Football" according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
FK Partizani U-18, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities for order and safety in the match, as well as for improper behavior of spectators, entering the field of play and endangering the safety of officials and players of the opposing team, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/1, 17/2/a, 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 400,000 (four hundred thousand) lek, as well as with the development of 4 (four) matches without the presence of spectators. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

Lojtari i FK Partizani U-18, Jon Çaushi, për sulm ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE dënohet me 8 (tetë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
Zyrtari i KF Tirana U-18, Kevi Paraj, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj zyrtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/4 të KDE dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
Lojtari i KF Tirana U-18, Klejdi Gjini, për provokim të spektatorëve dhe shkelje të parimeve Fair-Play, në bazë të neneve 13/2 dhe 14/1/f të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Lojtari i KF Tirana U-18, Arlind Bushi, për sulm ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE dënohet me 8 (tetë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
Lojtari i KF Tirana U-18, Brian Sufja, për sulm ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE dënohet me 8 (tetë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
FK Apolonia U-18, për mos respektimin e përgjegjësive dhe rregulloreve të aktivitetit duke shkaktuar vonesa në fillimin e lojës, në bazë të nenit 8/1, të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë. Në zbatim të nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
Zyrtari i KF Vora U-17, Erdi Lazri, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
Lojtari i FK Partizani U-17, Artur Aliaj, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
KF Egnatia U-17, për mos respektimin e përgjegjësive dhe rregulloreve të aktivitetit duke shkaktuar vonesa në fillimin e lojës, në bazë të nenit 8/1, të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë. Në zbatim të nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
Lojtari i KF Egnatia U-17, Daniel Kalemi, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
Lojtari i AF Triumph U-17, Noel Shebeku, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
KF Pogradeci U-17 player, Rafail Gozhdari, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activities.
Flamurtari FC U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-16 Championship, against KF Shkodra U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
FC Kinostudio U-16 official, Gledis Gjonpalaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) match suspension from activity.
Kamza Sport U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-16 Championship, against Laberia SK U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
Flamurtari FC U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-15 Championship, against AF Elbasani U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
KF Pogradeci U-13 player, Leonard Oshafi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activity.
Durrah City U-17 player, Dion Muka, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
Durrah City U-17 player, Sergi Zelka, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to a 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
Kamza 07 U-14, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-14 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Kamza Sport U-14, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
Kamza Sport B, U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-16 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against AF Dajti U-14, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
TR 19 Academy U-17, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category U-17 Championship, Tirana Regional Zone, against Rinia EL U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee."
