The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee has published its decisions after last week. Valbona suffered a 3-0 defeat on the table against Naftëtari after abandoning the match.
Due to the behavior of the fans, Elbasan and Flamurtari have been fined. Luftëtari has also faced the same situation in the First Category.
Decisions of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Albanian Football Association dated 02.10.2025:
1- AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field and lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
2- Flamurtari FC for improper behavior of spectators by throwing objects on the playing field and lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
3- AF Luftëtari, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, endangering the safety of opposing players, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë. In application of article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
4- KF Iliria official, Arber Jata, for provocation of spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
5- FK Shiroka Shkodër player, Henri Cela, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 5 (five) match suspension from activities.
6- The official of FK Shiroka Shkodër, Ergin Axhani, for threatening match officials, based on article 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to 10 (ten) matches suspension from activities. In accordance with article 6/2/c of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums and sports activities organized by the FSHF, until the end of the sentence.
7- KF Valbona, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category National Championship, against KF Naftëtari, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
8- FK Apolonia U-15 player, Rei Shuli, for violent behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
9- The player of KF Shënkolli U-15, Arlind Xhixha, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
