The Polish Football Federation has notified the Albanian Football Association (AFSH) of a series of information for Albanian fans who will travel to Warsaw to watch the match against Poland, which will take place on March 26 at 20:45 at the “PGE Narodowy” stadium. For the best possible organization of travel and entry to the stadium, fans are advised to follow the following instructions:
The Polish police have issued permission for the use of the gathering point for Albanian fans at the Siren Monument near the Vistula River in Warsaw and will take measures to guarantee their safety at the Fan Meeting Point.
Stadium opening hours
The stadium doors open at 18:45.
The match kicks off at 20:45.
Fans are advised to arrive early to avoid queues and not miss the start of the match.
Please do not bring unnecessary luggage or large bags.
Albanian fans enter the stadium
The dedicated entrance for Albania fans is Gate 10, on the northeast side of the stadium (Siwca Street).
After the first security check, fans should follow Gate L, according to their ticket.
People with disabilities are advised to use Gate 1.
How to get to the stadium
The stadium is located about 3.2 km from the city center and it is recommended to use public transport.
You can get there by metro, tram, bus or urban train.
The walking distance from the center is about 35 minutes.
The nearest stations are:
Rondo Waszyngtona and Aleja Zieleniecka (bus and tram)
Stadion Narodowy (metro)
Warszawa Stadion (urban train)
Parking for Albanian fans
Fans travelling by car or bus have a dedicated parking area near the stadium.
The parking is located on Sokola Street, with access from Wybrzeże Szczecińskie and Zamoście Streets.
Each vehicle must display an A4 sheet of paper with the letter “A” on the windshield.
Free public transport on match day
The match ticket also serves as a free public transport ticket in Warsaw.
Free transport is valid from 06:00 in the morning until 01:00 in the morning.
After this time, regular tickets must be purchased.
Stadium entrance and control
Every fan must have a valid ticket, regardless of age.
Authorities may request identification (ID, passport or driver's license).
The ticket must be kept until the end of the match.
If you leave the stadium, you are not allowed to return.
Your phone must be charged, as entry is only possible with the ticket on your phone.
Stadium safety rules
Tifozët dhe sendet personale mund të kontrollohen nga policia dhe stafi i sigurisë.
Duhet të ndiqni gjithmonë udhëzimet e stafit të stadiumit.
Uluni në vendin që tregohet në biletë dhe përdorni hyrjen e përcaktuar.
Objektet e ndaluara në stadium
Ndalohet hyrja me:
Fishekzjarre, flakadanë, tymuese apo çdo mjet piroteknik
Shishe, kanaçe ose objekte qelqi
Alkool apo substanca narkotike
Materiale raciste, politike ose propagandistike
Shtylla flamujsh të forta ose më të gjata se 1 metër
Spray, substanca të ndezshme ose korrozive
Kamera profesionale me lente të mëdhaÇanta të mëdha, valixhe apo objekte më të mëdha se 25x25x25 cm
Megafonë, vuvuzela, pajisje zhurmuese Laser, topa ose dronë
Ushqim dhe pije në stadium
Në stadium do të ketë pika ku mund të blihen ushqime si hot dog, sallamra, kokoshka dhe pije joalkoolike.
Pagesat mund të bëhen me karta VISA ose MasterCard.
Për arsye sigurie, tifozët e skuadrës mike duhet të konsumojnë pijet në zonat e korridoreve dhe jo në tribuna.
Pas përfundimit të ndeshjes
Tifozët shqiptarë mund të kërkohen të qëndrojnë në tribunë rreth 10–20 minuta pas përfundimit të ndeshjes.
Njoftimi do të bëhet nga spikeri i stadiumit.
Kujdes në qytet
Si në çdo qytet të madh, tifozët duhet të jenë të kujdesshëm me sendet personale për të shmangur vjedhjet.
Rregullat për alkoolin në Poloni
Konsumi i alkoolit në vende publike është i ndaluar, përveç bareve, restoranteve dhe zonave të licencuara.
Personat nën ndikimin e alkoolit mund të mos lejohen të hyjnë në stadium.
Monedha në Poloni
Monedha zyrtare është Zloty polak (PLN).
Kartat bankare pranohen gjerësisht në shumicën e dyqaneve dhe restoranteve.
Rekomandime për tifozët shqiptarë
Autoritetet polake paralajmërojnë se ekziston rrezik për përplasje mes grupeve huliganësh para ose pas ndeshjes, ndaj tifozët shqiptarë duhet të tregojnë kujdes maksimal gjatë qëndrimit në Varshavë.
Tifozët këshillohen të lëvizin në grupe dhe të shmangin zonat e izoluara në qytet.
Për arsye sigurie rekomandohet që simbolet apo ngjyrat kombëtare shqiptare të mos mbahen jashtë stadiumit.
Të gjithë tifozët duhet të ndjekin udhëzimet e policisë, shërbimeve të sigurisë dhe stafit organizator.
Rregullat ligjore në Poloni
Në Poloni është plotësisht e ndaluar sjellja, posedimi ose përdorimi i mjeteve piroteknike, flakadanëve apo materialeve të rrezikshme në evente masive ose gjatë rrugës drejt stadiumit.
Shkelja e këtij rregulli mund të sjellë gjobë, kufizim të lirisë ose dënim me burg nga 3 muaj deri në 5 vjet.

The use of symbols promoting Nazism, communism, fascism or other totalitarian systems, as well as any material inciting national, ethnic, racial or religious hatred, is prohibited. Violations are punishable by up to 3 years in prison.
