Albanian teams disappointed in European Cups, Albania could lose 2 teams in UEFA competitions

The midweek of the second round in Europe sees 73 matches played across the three club competitions organised by UEFA. 14 are played today, 8 on Wednesday and a full 51 on Thursday. And for Albania they could be decisive.

After the elimination of Partizan, Egnatia, Dinamo and Vllaznia are left in the competition, all three competing in the Conference League. And the Albanian teams, looking at the performance and draw of the teams from other countries, must ensure results, otherwise they risk our championship ranking in UEFA.

Albania starts this midweek in 45th place, in the classification that is based on the positive results of the championship teams.

Albania's record so far is not among the best: 2 wins, 1 draw and three losses are the results of the Albanian clubs, which have so far secured 45th place, but not the certainty that they can escape "relegation".

If the Albanian championship falls below 50th place in Europe, then after two seasons, Albania will have only 3 teams in Europe, not 5.
