Chelsea have temporarily taken the lead in the Premier League. Enzo Maresca's team won 2-0 against Fulham without much difficulty, with the challenge played at "Stamford Bridge" being valid for the third round in the English football championship.
It was 'friends' who opened the scoring with King in the 21st minute, but after the VAR intervention everything was canceled for a foul. At the end of the first half, eight minutes of extra time were awarded and in the limits Chelsea managed to score the lead goal through Joao Pedro. There were protests from friends about the fact that the extra time had ended, while coach Marco Silva was seen "furious".
The comeback after the break spoke again for Chelsea, where the 'Blues' scored the second goal with Fernandez scoring from the penalty spot. Chelsea, the reigning world club champion, thus secured the next three points that currently send them to the top of the standings with 7 points.
