"Abissnet Superiore" has remained in the air since the AFL has stopped cooperation with "OverSport". Through a press statement, the AFF announced something like this, giving the reasons that led to this decision.
" The Albanian Football Federation informs that it has terminated the contract with the company "Over Sport" that had won the right to televise the "Abissnet Superiore" and First Category championships, as well as the Albanian Cup and the Albanian Supercup.
This decision of the AFL came after repeated violations and non-fulfillment of contractual obligations by the "Over Sport" company.
Despite all the efforts of the AFL to restore the cooperation to a reasonable module, "Over Sport" repeatedly abused the trust given by the AFL.
The AFL feels obliged to the fans and consumers in general, to inform them of this news, assuring them that it will make every effort to ensure professional and honest television broadcasting of its activities.
In the meantime, the Albanian Football Federation will start the legal procedures regarding the restoration of the damages caused by the company in question for the non-fulfillment of the obligations stipulated in the contract signed between the parties at the beginning of the last season .
