Xherdan Shaqiri scored his first goal of the season for Chicago.

The attacker of Albanian origin scored with a penalty in the match against Cincinnati. The 32-year-old took over the execution from the penalty spot and made no mistake sending the ball to one side and the goalkeeper to the other.

However, Shaqiri couldn't fully celebrate as his side lost 2-1.

This is the third season for Xherdan Shaqiri in America where he was transferred in 2022 from the French Olympique de Lyon.
