Fines for two Superiore clubs, Egnatia's official is suspended, the Disciplinary Commission publishes the latest decisions

The Commission of Discipline and Ethics has published its latest decisions, where fines and suspensions have not been missing.

In Superiore, Tirana and Skënderbeu have suffered, which have been fined for wrong behavior of the fans, with the white and blue having to pay 100,000 new lek, while the Korcars will have to pay 50,000 new lek, while as far as the suspensions are concerned, it seems that Discipline has let go.

Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee, dated 13.03.2024

1- KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of spectators by throwing objects and flares on the field of play, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ​​KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL .

2- The official of KF Egnatia, Klejdi Zenelaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activity.

3- KF Skënderbeu, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/c of ​​KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

4- The player of KF Vora, Xjulio Tabaku, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials of the match, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from the activity.

5-AF Elbasani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/c of ​​KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

6-The official of Luzi i Vogël 2008, Daniel Ramazani, for offensive behavior and insults to the officials of the opposing team, based on article 13/2/b of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) matches suspension from the activity.

7-The official of KF Bylis, Besnik Kapllanaj, for offensive behavior and insults to the officials of the opposing team, based on article 13/2/b of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) matches suspension from the activity.

8- The player of KF Turbina, Bledar Malaj, for provoking the spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

9-The player of KF Tirana U-15, Adrian Velaj, for physical attack on opposing players, based on Article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 6 (six) game suspension from activities.

10-The player of the U-19 Football Academy, Alesio Bushi, for insulting and unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on articles 13/2/b and 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 6 (six) match suspension from the activities.

11-The player of the U-19 Football Academy, Hazir Bucpapaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards officials of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

12-The player of the U-19 Football Academy, Aldo Spahiu, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards officials of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

13-The U-19 Football Academy is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Tofik Jashari" Stadium, according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.

14-Atletik Tirana B U-17, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against af Kamza U-17, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

15-Djemte e Detit U-17, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Durrës Regional area, against KF Egnatia U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand ) lek and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

16-AF Juvenilia U-9, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category, Durrës Regional area, against KF Egnatia U-9, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match at the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

17-Atletik Tirana C U-17, for abandoning a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against AF Pasioni U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand ) lek and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

18-Skhëndija Tirana U-19, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against AF Bajrami U-19, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

19-Junior Tirana U-17, for abandoning a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against East Park U-17, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek and loses the match at the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

20-KF Spartaku B U-13, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Titans U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

21-Sea Akademi U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër AF Kamza B U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

22-Zyrtari i Internacional Tirana U-11, Gëzim Gega, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se në rast të mos paraqitjes së dokumentacionit të duhur, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe Rregulloret e FSHF.

23-Zyrtari i Internacional Tirana U-13, Arian Gega, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se në rast të mos paraqitjes së dokumentacionit të duhur, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe Rregulloret e FSHF.

24-KF Albanët U-13, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke mos garantuar sigurinë e zyrtarëve të ndeshjes dhe shkaktuar përfundimin e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Nacional SP U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 200.000 (dyqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

25-KSP Junior U-11, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër AF Kamza B U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

26-Akademia e Futbollit U-11, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër KSP Junior B U-11, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

27-FC Autokton A U-11, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër KF Spartak A U-11, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

28-Don Bosko Academy A, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë, zona Rajonale Tiranë, kundër Don Bosko U-7, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

32-Djekom Female U-13, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of a valid match of the Second Category, Tirana Regional area, against Selaci Junior Female U-13, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with fine in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

33-Acceptance of the request of the official of Flamurtari FC, Eqerem Memushaj, the suspension of the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
