The teams of the Superior Category have played this midweek the first matches of the first qualifying round in the European competitions, with three draws of Partizan, Tirana and Egnatia as well as the loss of Vllaznia that have closed the first round of meetings.
The president of the AFL, Armand Duka, through a post on social networks, has commented on these performances, wishing them luck, but also expressing the belief that the first results showed that the teams had the right quality to continue.

I would like to wish our teams the best of luck in the Champions & Conference League, at the start of the week leading up to the return matches.
With the closing of the first matches, where they had the opportunity to get to know the opponents better, I am confident that our teams will manage to secure the passage to the next round.
