Paolo Guerrero signed a few days ago a contract with the Universidad Cezar Valejo, with the aim of writing the last chapter of his very long career and reconnecting with his family, but it seems that this experience is destined to end without started.
In fact, the striker has not yet made his debut for his new team, but has already requested the termination of the contract. Cesar Acuña, the president of Cesar Vallejo, has explained the reasons for Guerrero's sensational choice:
" I understand Paolo. On the same day he signed the contract with us, some criminals threatened his mother. He is reflecting, choosing between family and football. I would do it too ."
Cezar Acuña has already announced that he is ready to fulfill Guerrero's wishes and find an amicable agreement to terminate the contract. Paolo Guerrero grew up as a footballer in Alianza Lima, but did not have the opportunity to make his professional debut with the heart team.
In 2002, when he was only 18 years old, he moved to Germany to join Bayern Munich. Since then, experiences with Hamburg, Korinthias, Flamengo, Internacional, Avai, Rejsing and Liga de Quito, as well as numerous goals scored around the world, have been his CV.
He has never had the opportunity to play in Peru and in the past has warned that he would only do so while wearing the shirt of Alianza Lima in Peru.
