No, I haven't signed anything, but I'm honestly not worried. We currently have a contract until the end of the European Championship, but I am not worried. Together with the staff these days we are mainly dealing with the lottery, while the last 10 months we have been working intensively. We have to use these 6 months to recover our strength starting from January to work hard to do something more, so for other things I am not worried about anything.

Of course, I feel very good here. We are doing a good job, we know that we also have the trust of the football players, a good relationship with the Federation, with all the people, we live here in Tirana, so we have no problem.

Maybe I have a problem, I dream a lot. Since I was a 15-year-old child, I have dreamed of being the first Brazilian footballer at Arsenal. Many things that I have dreamed of have not come true, but some have come true. I dream and work, but what the future offers, we don't know.
You chose a camp in Dortmund, but I was reading the comments, all the fans wrote "you will have us there day and night", I know that you are detail-oriented to the maximum, but for this part, how will you do it?
It was nice to hear them during the draw in Germany, because there were many Albanians there, it was very nice. I don't mind, we will have a good training ground there. We know we will have a lot of people supporting us and it will be nice to see them in red and black. Anyway, for training we will be isolated for 10 days before the first challenge, to prepare properly. I'm sure we'll be comfortable in that regard.
We all already know that there is no "Broja" issue, but we don't know what Silvinho's plan is for Broja, have you ever thought about how the attack could be with him in the lineup?
Yes, it is true that there is no problem, I have spoken more than once, so has he. He is a strong and important footballer, but he is coming off a serious injury and a long recovery period. He still has a journey to make, he has to take care of his health, his body, then we'll see. He needs a little breather now, to get on the field, to play. A footballer like him can play with any team in the world, a strong striker, scores, has it all, but of course also young. So he has to play, grow like everyone else. Now the important thing is what he will do in the next 4-5-6 months at Chelsea in the Premier League, use every opportunity, doing this for himself in the first place, then for us.
This period Rei Manaj is also shining, you know him, have you ever communicated, could it be an option?
I've known him since 2014, but it's been 9 years since then. He is a football player that we had under monitoring, like 50 others. He is a strong player, he also comes from injury, but he is doing well and now everything depends on him. We are here, but I have not communicated with the footballer recently. I had coffee in London 6-7 months ago and I know him well, it is enough that he does well and we go and visit him again, just like with all other footballers.

I know the footballer, but he is not the only one, there are many Albanians in Europe, all over the world. This is the part of our job that we have to figure out which one is right. In the end, it is not us who decide, the footballer decides. That he, anyone else or many others who want to play for Albania, very nice, we are here, the National team always has its doors open. There are a lot of Albanians, but I know the boy, he's cool, he plays with Mainz in Germany in the Bundesliga, but as I said, there are many others.
