Albanian striker, Arbër Hoxha, has been chosen as the best player of the month in the Croatian championship, according to the renowned Croatian newspaper "index.hr".

Hoxha shone last month, contributing two goals and an assist in matches against Hajduk Split and Slaven Belupo, leaving a strong impression on Croatian football fans and pundits.

As a result, he received 102 votes from readers, leaving behind well-known names such as Naim Omerović (Osijek) and Iuri Tavares (Varazdin).

Hoxha was also in the running for the "Best Goal of the Month" award, where he received 58 votes, but this trophy was won by his teammate, Monsef Bakrar, with 100 votes.

The striker will start in today's match against Maccabi Tel Aviv, before joining the Albanian National Team for the important match against Serbia.
