An agreement has been reached between Inter and Besiktas for Kristjan Asllani to wear the Turkish club's jersey.
It is a loan with an option to buy. Fabricio Romano recently revealed new details indicating that Asllani is expected to travel to Istanbul today.
Besiktas will cover the Albanian midfielder's salary for the remainder of the season. This loan is somewhat unexpected, as Asllani had previously spoken out against offers outside of Italy.
If the purchase option is activated in June, then Besiktas will have to pay 12 to 13 million euros. We recall that before this transfer, Asllani was part of Torino in the first half of the season.
"Kristjan Asllani to Besiktas. A verbal agreement has been reached with Inter for a loan with an option to buy. Besiktas will cover Asllani's salary until June and can activate the purchase option, which is not mandatory. Asllani will fly to Istanbul today, if everything goes according to plan ," is the information shared by Fabricio Romano./Panorama
