Only a few weeks ago, Florian Marku suffered the first defeat in his professional boxing career. After 13 victories, 8 of which by KO and 1 draw, Mark was defeated by points by the British Chris Kongo in the duel held on March 31 at the "O2 Arena" in London. A loss that brought great disappointment to the "Albanian King" and to his many fans. Recently, in a communication with fans on social networks, the Albanian boxer once again analyzed the duel against the British. Mark considered the opponent Kris Kongo unfit, however he emphasized that he will soon hold a rematch against him.
Florian Mark's message:
"Hello everyone, a few days have passed since the match and here we are. The match did not go as I wanted, but the training continues and the goal is the same, with my head down and a lot of training I have to achieve my goal, however things go, with God's help. The opponent was inappropriate, hugged too much and completely ruined my game. But in that match I was not as I should have been that night. A lot has happened, but I don't like excuses. So I'd rather keep the excuses to myself until I face the same opponent again and take the win back. We are working on the return match in London with the same opponent", said the 31-year-old first.
Marku then thanked the fans for their support, while he also had a comment about the negative messages in his direction: "I want to thank everyone for all the positive messages you sent me after the match, as they are very valuable. Also for the negative messages, there is no problem, because the negative messages are good for me, because they keep me even more determined and even stronger, to tell all those who are angry with me and don't want to see me well, than value and that never let me down. But it's not a problem, as I will continue with my head down and with a lot of work until the day I have my next game. I greet you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the beautiful messages", concluded his video message Florian Marku, who already has only one goal in his head, to win the revenge against the boxer who caused his first defeat in career.
