"Given the Panthers' unacceptable performance at the Africa Cup of Nations, the government has decided to dismiss the coaching staff, temporarily suspend the national team and expel players Bruno Ekwele Manga and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ," acting Sports Minister Simplis-Desire Mabula said after the 3-2 loss to Ivory Coast.
