The president of the AFL, Armand Duka, has been awarded a special award for achievements in UEFA and national football, at the evening Gala "Laureates of the Year" organized by the Football Federation of Kosovo.
As a sign of respect and gratitude, FFK has honored with a special award the President of the AFL, Armand Duka, appreciating him for his successes in the European arena as Vice President of UEFA and the fantastic work done in the AFL with the National team, which this qualifying edition again achieved a historic success, qualifying for the European "Germany 2024" and first place in Group E.
The President of FFK, Agim Ademi and the President of FFM, Muamed Sejdini presented the special award to President Duka at the "Laureates of the Year" Gala evening.
In his welcoming speech, the President of the AFL, Armand Duka, praised the development of football in Kosovo, singling out the Balkan team that has done well in the European arena.
" The representation of Kosovo in the international arena is like never before, at all levels. This is a big development, which maybe someone being close doesn't see, but really there is a big progress. We are honored with FC Balkan who has represented us as a region as a whole in Europe. Meanwhile, the results of the National Team do not always come. Every loss is a lesson and will serve the future and undoubtedly the results will definitely come for the Kosovo National Team " - concluded the head of Albanian football.
