The Albanian defender with "5 stars" is looking forward to the match in the Spanish Cup: We are very eager against Girona

Ivan Balliu, the Albanian right-back of Rajo Vajekanos, assured that his team is really looking forward to facing Girona in the 1/16 of the King's Cup, an important title, for which they are excited.

Rajo travel to Girona to face the Catalan side in Montilivi. At stake is a place in the quarter-finals of the Cup, a competition in which they reached the semi-finals in 2022.

" We are really looking forward to it. We know that the Cup is an important title, something that the fans like and so do we. We will try to bring joy and, although we know that the schedule is not very good, they will help us from home ", said Balliu, who was awarded the "Five Star" award for the best player of Rajo in December.

The Albanian international, who is in his third season at Rajo Vajekano, is part of Françisko Rodriguez's main line-up, as he was previously for Andoni Iraola.

" I am very comfortable with the team, with the club and with the fans. I hope that I have many more years, because I am satisfied with the coach's trust. I just want to look up, because we work very well here ," he concluded.
