Tonight in London, the awards for the best of 2023, by FIFA, are awarded. The ceremony, organized by FIFA, will focus on the achievements of the world's best players in 2023.
This star-studded event will see nine individual awards handed out at the ceremony held in London.
Also tonight, the formation with the best 11 of FIFA, both for men and for women, will be published.
Lionel Messi currently holds the FIFA Men's Player of the Year award and has been nominated again this year, alongside Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe.
Spain's World Cup winner Aitana Bonmati is the favorite to win the women's award after claiming the 2023 Ballon d'Or, and has been nominated alongside fellow international Jennifer Hermoso and Real Madrid striker Linda Caicedo.
Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola is in the running to win The Best FIFA Men's Coach award after leading Manchester City to a historic Treble, and Sarina Wiegman is nominated in the women's category after leading England to the World Cup final.
There is also Premier League interest in the FIFA Puskas Award, with Brighton striker Julio Enciso nominated for his stunning strike against Manchester City that sealed the club's UEFA Europa League qualification for the first time.
