
The first half of the match between Slaven Belupo and Hajduk Split has ended with a 1-1 draw. The match, valid for the 30th week of the Croatian championship, offered pace and chances from both teams.
The protagonist in this 45-minute period was Albanian national team midfielder Adrion Pajaziti. In the 38th minute, the 23-year-old directly contributed to the equalizer for Hajduk.
The action started with a combination between Pajaziti and striker Marko Livaja on the edge of the area. The midfielder then took the initiative on the wing and provided a precise left-footed assist to Ante Rebic, who finished to equalize the score.
With this temporary draw, Hajduk Split moves to 60 points in the championship, remaining 9 points behind leaders Dinamo Zagreb. There are still six weeks left until the end of the season, which keeps the race for the top spots still open.
