Everton are very close to reaching an agreement with Chelsea for Albanian striker Armando Broja, according to Tutto Mercato.
The report from Andrea Losapio confirms that the Toffees are in "pole position" to secure the services of the Albanian, who is facing many complications regarding a proposed move to AC Milan.
With European giants Milan reportedly willing to part with a £25m fee for a surefire starter, Everton are ready to step in to spoil the bargain!
Chelsea are keen to raise funds and are open to selling Broja, who still has four years left on his current deal. The report also ruled out Wolves as another English club with the 22-year-old on their radar.
Everton could complete the signing of Armando Broja very quickly. With his age profile and an affordable fee regardless of the length of his contract, Broja could represent a good investment for Everton.
Although the need would have been more pressing had Dominic Calvert-Lewin's proposed move to Newcastle United gone through, Sean Dyche will no doubt be keen to add firepower in all departments.
