Albanian football in mourning. Sefedin Braho, the outstanding former footballer of our national team and the Warrior of Gjirokastra, passed away this morning at the age of 71.
Braho stood out thanks to his talent, being one of the most prominent players of Albanian football in the 70-80s. He was known by the nickname "arrow", because of his speed, elegance and dribbling.
The famous Gjirokastrite, the only one who willingly left Partizan, refused a million dollars from the Scottish giants of Sëltik.
In the Albanian championship he played for Partizan and Luftëtar, while with the red and black national team he played 9 matches, scoring one goal.
