The grueling journey from faraway America has made Enea Mihaj the latest name to join the Albanian national team for the matches against Serbia and Jordan. The center-back has joined Atlanta United in MLS and this was his first intercontinental trip since joining the American club, as he was not invited for the September matches.
Mihaj was not absent from Silvinjo's list this time, but he was absent from Monday's training, while the same thing could happen on Tuesday. The long journey meant that he only arrived in Albania today at lunchtime and after a short stop at the hotel, he immediately went to the "House of Football" to join the rest of the team for training.
He arrived as soon as the team had started training under the orders of coach Silvinjo, being able to participate in today's session. Mihaj is seen as an important alternative for the back line by coach Silvinjo, especially at this moment when two names like Ismajli and Kumbulla are missing from the squad.
