The footballer Dani Alvesh was released from prison, but he is obliged to fulfill some conditions, beyond the payment of 1 million euros of guarantee. The former footballer must go every week (Friday) to the Provincial Court of Barcelona to sign, proving that he is available to justice and has not left Spain.
Alves had to hand over to the court his two passports, Spanish and Brazilian, as a guarantee that he would not leave the Iberian country while enjoying his temporary freedom.
In addition, the Brazilian must comply with a restraining order of 1,000 meters from the "victim", the 23-year-old who reported him for rape in a nightclub in Barcelona.
This Friday, April 5, Dani Alvesh fulfilled his obligations and went to the Provincial Court of Barcelona, accompanied by his lawyer Inés Guardiola, to sign and certify that he is still in the country and available to the court. The Brazilian was captured by "Telecinco" cameras and looked very calm walking from the car to the court grounds.
Despite the criticism, there are some concerns about the former footballer's integrity. Last week, on his first visit to the Provincial Court of Barcelona to sign, the Brazilian was scolded by a passer-by, who called out to him from a distance:
" O rapist... Alvesh, you have a lot of money to rape, don't you? It's money to rape and pay ."
