Pedri has reached a historic milestone with the Blaugrana. The Spanish midfielder became the youngest player in FC Barcelona history to reach 200 official matches, breaking the record long held by legend Lionel Messi.
The record was achieved during Barcelona's narrow 2-1 win over Osasuna at El Sadar. Pedri, who started from the first minute, celebrated his 200th start at the age of 23 years and 159 days. He thus surpassed Messi's mark (23 years and 227 days) and the previous record held by Xavi Hernández.
