The match ends, Kosovo refuses to go on the field, after the scandal caused by

The match between Romania and Kosovo, valid for League C in the League of Nations, ended in an unusual way with the result 0-0, after a match almost completely dominated by "Dardans". But the latter were not on the field for the final rush.

In the 5th extra minute of the meeting, captain Amir Rrahmani communicated to the referee the team's withdrawal from the playing field and together with the rest of the players went to the dressing room.

The Romanian media " Fanatik " has confirmed that there were calls from the Romanian fans "Serbia, Serbia". After this, the captain of Kosovo, Amir Rrahmani, pulled the team to the dressing room.

This was received very badly by the Romanian fans. Romanian hooligans threatened to enter the field. There were policemen infiltrated among the fans to maintain peace.

"We will enter, we will enter", were the cries of the Romanian fans.

Mergim Vojvoda answered these calls quite well, becoming an eagle in the eyes of the Romanian fans.

But what do the UEFA rules say when dealing with such cases?

UEFA Article 29 – refusal to play and similar cases explains it all.

If a club refuses to play or is responsible for a match (including any penalty kick) not taking place or not being played in full, UEFA's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body declares the match forfeited by the club/nation concerned.

Furthermore, if the circumstances of the case so warrant, UEFA's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body may impose any further disciplinary measures deemed appropriate for the club/nation concerned, including expulsion from the competition.

Article 29.02

UEFA's Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body may certify the result as it stood at the time the match was suspended if the result of the match was to the detriment of the club/national responsible for the suspension of the match.

Article 29.05

Upon receipt of a reasoned and well-documented request from the injured club/nation, the UEFA administration may determine a compensation amount for the financial loss

Rrahman's gesture -  "Enough, it's over!" A sign with his hands to the main referee of the match and then the call "let's go" to his teammates on the field. Amir Rrahmani has taken it upon himself individually to withdraw Kosovo from the field without asking anyone and ignoring his coach Foda, the delegate of the match or even the head of the Federation.

It was the final minutes of the match between Romania and Kosovo when a big fight happened on the field where Rrahmani and Alibec were the protagonists, caused the local fans to start racist calls and also some to go down throwing things.

Captain Rrahmani, as a foul was about to be hit for Romania, went to the referee first and then withdrew the team.

The Romanian media call this behavior as "premeditated and staged" by Kosovo, since absolutely nothing happened to withdraw the team and never return. Meanwhile, the media all write that Rrahman's fight was made for this very reason, to inflame blood.
