Lightning strikes the plane of the volleyball team, the captain of the team confesses the moments of horror

An event that could have ended in tragedy was recorded just a few hours ago during the Zurich-Skopje flight. The Macedonian volleyball team, who were flying with this line, faced a scary situation after the lightning struck the plane.

As a result, the pilot decided to return immediately to Zurich, where he made an emergency landing. According to what the Macedonian media reports, it is known that the volleyball players are staying in a hotel and the next day they will fly again to Skopje.

In a statement for the media, captain Nikola Gjorgiev also described the moments of horror.

" Really unbelievable situation, while we were flying the plane was struck by lightning and the pilot decided to return to Zurich. It was not pleasant when we heard what happened, we saw a strong light nearby ", said the captain, Nikola Gjorgiev.
