The Albanian Football Federation (AFF) organized today the draw for the new season of the Super League, which is the 87th in history. The Albanian Super League will start on August 23, 2025 and is scheduled to end in May 2026.
The Super League teams for the 2025-26 edition are: KF Egnatia, KF Vllaznia, FC Dinamo City, KF Partizani, AF Elbasani, KF Teuta, FK Bylis, KF Tirana, FK Vora and KF Flamurtari.
Before the draw for the new season, the Albanian Football Federation (AFH) explained the change in the "Final 4" scheme, the mini-tournament that will ultimately decide the winner of the season. The four teams ranked first after 36 regular weeks will head to the "Final 4" phase. The four teams will have their points halved, as they will play three matches each, with six additional matches in the Super League.
All matches will be held at "Air Albania" and based on the points collected from the regular season (halved), we will have the winning team of the season and the teams that will participate in the European Cups.

Bylis - Tirana
Season rules
The championship has 4 regular stages, home and away.
The ranking after 36 weeks determines the participants in the 'Final 4'.
The top four teams qualify for the 'Final 4'.
Points in the 'Final 4' will be halved, based on the lowest value.
A total of 6 matches will be played and the schedule is as follows:

All matches take place at the "Air Albania" stadium.
Participants in European competitions are determined by the 'Final 4' rankings.
9th and 10th place in the Super League are relegated.
The 8th place in the Super League goes to the play-offs.
In the event of a tie between two or more teams in the 'Final 4' stage, the ranking will be determined according to the following criteria:
– Points accumulated in direct matches during the championship and the Final 4 phase;
– Goal difference (scored - conceded) in direct matches during the championship and the 'Final 4' phase;
– Overall goal difference throughout the season (championship + 'Final 4').
