UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin has sent a letter of congratulations to the Football Federation of Kosovo on the occasion of the traditional "Laureates 2025" ceremony, which honors individuals, clubs and institutions that have contributed to the development of Kosovo football during the year.
In his letter to the FFK President, Agim Ademi, President Čeferin emphasizes: “ As the year 2025 draws to a close, it is a natural moment to reflect on what has been achieved and to look forward, with the same positive energy, to the opportunities that lie ahead. On behalf of UEFA, and on my own behalf, please accept our warmest wishes to you and the Football Federation of Kosovo for a successful and inspiring 2026. ”
The UEFA head further congratulated President Ademi on the achievements of the year we are leaving behind.
" We would like to congratulate you and your team for the hard work and steady progress made during the year we are leaving behind. Your commitment to the development of football in Kosovo and to supporting all those involved in this sport has been clear, influential and widely appreciated in European football circles ," added Çeferin.
The UEFA President mentioned the challenges that await the Kosovo National Team in March, while wishing them success.
" As the March play-offs draw closer and the chance to qualify for the World Cup becomes more tangible, we wish you all the best and that you are at your best! We look forward to continuing our excellent cooperation in the years to come. May they bring us not only good health and unforgettable football moments, but also more understanding and, above all, peace ," concluded Çeferin.
