The coach of the Albanian National Team, Silvinjo, held a masterclass on the topic “Methodology of the work of a national team.” The masterclass was held at the “House of Football”, with the participation of the coaches and staff of the National teams of girls and boys.
During this session, coach Silvinjo was also assisted by Doriva, Pablo Zabaleta and Ervin Bulku. They focused on the key moments of a national team's work, starting from the selection of players, observing their progress with clubs, preparing the training program, tactical schemes, etc.
During the masterclass, there were discussions and sharing of experiences between the coaches and staff of the National Team A on various aspects of the work.
