In a world where freedom of the press and democracy to give the opinion, the opinion and to make the analysis according to a point of view that maybe does not like someone or some, we are often "spectators" of restrictions that are the only tool in hand to give a signal to free media and press. And such a thing, according to the journalists of "Dukagjini TV" - happened recently in Kosovo, after the right to follow the representative of Kosovo in the stadium was denied and the doors of the press stand were closed.
"TV Dukagjini" press release: " The Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK), headed by Agim Ademi, continues to ignore one of the biggest media in our country, "TV Dukagjini".
Like many other times, this time too, the home of Kosovar football has not accredited the journalists of "TV Dukagjin" to closely follow the match between Kosovo and Cyprus, at the "Fadil Vokrri" stadium.
Despite the request of "TV Dukagjin" sent weeks ago, FFK does not intend to accredit the media, which with its sports shows "Duel Sportiv" and "Duel Ditor" reflects day by day and week by week events from local football .
The television has learned that several other sports journalists of the print media, such as "Gazeta Blic" and "Nacionale", have not been accredited.
FFK has not responded to the media's request for accreditation. In some cases in the past, the request was not approved with the reasoning "due to the limited number in the media stand".
Not only for the issue of accreditation. FFK has been invited on many occasions by "TV Dukagjini", on the sports show that is broadcast on Sunday, "Duel Sportiv", to send one of its representatives to discuss developments in Kosovar football. No response has been received.
The television did not receive an answer even when it asked the home of Kosovar football for information on topics that it has covered in the show or in television chronicles .
