The championship formula, ending with a "Final Four" mini-tournament, was chosen two years ago by the Albanian Football Association with the objective of increasing the championship's visibility, arguing that it would increase the number of fans watching in the stands.

Also, it was insisted that it be played in the “National Arena”, as this would have a greater influx of fans for the matches. But the figures say the opposite. Not only during the regular season, but also during the “Final Four”, fans have increasingly abandoned the Albanian championship.

According to official data from the Albanian Football Association, the first semi-final match between Vllaznia and Dinamo had 3,000 fans in the stadium. Meanwhile, the figure for the Egnatia-Partizani match was 4,200 fans in attendance. Undoubtedly, extremely low figures for a match that was supposed to be the highlight of the football season in the country.

Even more so if you compare it with the official FSHF data for the matches of the last edition. According to it, there were 7 thousand fans present in the semi-final duel Partizani-Skënderbeu, as well as 5 thousand fans present in the match Egnatia-Vllaznia. In short, the number of fans from a year ago has almost halved. An alarming figure that shows how the formula has not helped increase the interest of fans for these matches, but has simply decreased it.

Now it remains to be seen what the fan presence will be like in the final match, remembering that according to the Albanian Football Association, in the last edition between Egnatia and Partizan, 10,500 fans were present.
