Lara Colturi finished 16th in the first downhill of the Slalom race at the Alpine Skiing World Cup in Flachau, Austria. The red-and-white skier finished in 58.88 seconds, 2.66 seconds ahead of winner Mikaela Shiffrin.
Lara Colturi started her competition quite well in this downhill, but a mistake made by her a little later caused her to lose time, but the 19-year-old still managed to close her competition in 16th place together with Austrian Katharina Huber, thus ensuring participation in the second downhill of this sports discipline which will be at 20:45.
In terms of the first places, Mikaela Shiffrin won the first downhill with 56.22 seconds, followed in second place by Paula Moltzan, while Austrian Katharina Truppe was in third place.
