Former coach of the U-21 National Team, Redi Jupi, analyzed Albania's chances against Poland in the World Cup "Play-Off" match, during an interview on the show "Procesi Sportiv".
According to Jupi, the team's success so far has not come from individuals, with the exception of the matches against Hungary, where striker Armando Broja was decisive. However, he emphasizes that Broja is currently not in the right form to make the difference on his own.
" We haven't won the matches through individuals, except against Hungary with Broja's goals. Today he no longer has the form to decide alone ," said Jupi.
He added that in matches against opponents such as Poland, the Czech Republic and Moldova, the team has shown a more organized game, keeping opponents in their own half and creating space for individuals.
On the eve of the March 26 match in Warsaw, Jupi emphasizes that Albania cannot rely on individual solutions, but must function as a unified group.
" If we win against Poland, it will come as a result of the group stage. It is essential that the team has the right spirit and game idea, just like in the match against Serbia ," he concluded.
