According to this newspaper, the coach does not like the way Benzema plays, as he understands that he does not bring the team what the Portuguese is looking for. In fact, according to the newspaper in question, the coach has not sought Benzema's signature in this summer market and the player has already expressed his concern to a club official.
A tension that, according to Arab media, started with the captain. "Asharq Al-Aswat" explains that Karim Benzema was to captain the team due to his great experience and the figure of the team, but the Portuguese coach rejected this request and the captain is Romarinho, a legend of the club.
