Tried to hit the referee of El Clasico, Ruediger: I couldn't hold my temper

He lost control before the final whistle of El Clasico Barcelona-Real Madrid, Antonio Ruediger reacts.

The latter attempted to attack the referee, but was restrained by teammates and Real Madrid staff.

"There is no excuse for my behavior last night. I am very sorry for that. We played a very good game from the second half.

"After 111 minutes, I could no longer help the team and before the final whistle I made a mistake. I apologize to the referee and to everyone who was disappointed with me last night," Ruediger wrote.
