How did the fight start?

As reported by Repubblica, the perpetrator and his group entered the nightclub and began shouting slogans in favor of Inter, which was considered a provocation by another group of Atalanta fans. They immediately started fighting and the tension later moved outside the bar.

According to residents' testimonies, shortly after 1 a.m. they heard slogans against Inter, and almost immediately a man was seen shouting "he has a knife, he has a knife." When they went outside to see what had happened, Ricardo Clarice was on the ground, covered in blood.

When the ambulance arrived at the scene, it was too late, as the young man had not managed to stay alive after being stabbed in the chest.

In fact, the murder weapon, the knife he used, was quickly found by the police, very close to where Ricardo Claris took his last breath.
