Finally, after four games, Tirana manages to return to victory. And it does this against the leaders of Egnatia, moreover in the transfer, taking revenge in the best possible way even for the loss of the first phase.
The Blue and Whites won 5-0 in Rrogozhina, equaling Vllaznina in third place. A good end of the year for the capital city, while the Rogozhina team, after losing the Supercup final, are also defeated in the championship, the third for this season, all three times in their own field.
The first half was equal, but Haxhiu's goal in the 25th minute made the difference. In the second, the match took a different turn, when Aleksi was punished with a red card in the 67th minute and left Egnatia with 10 men.
And just 1 minute later, after a mistake by the Rogozhina defense, Latifi scored the second goal. The locals scored the knockout goal in the 74th minute, when Haxhiu came out alone in front of the goalkeeper and scored his second personal goal and the third for Tirana.
But the nightmare for Egnatia does not end here, as the friends then scored two more goals, first with Abazaj and then with Latif, the second for him in this challenge. It closes 5-0, with Tirana getting the deepest victory of the season.
