Ylber Ramadani was the protagonist of Leche's victory in the challenge against Frosinone with a super goal in the last minute.
The midfielder of the Albanian national team has recently given an interview to "Gazzetta dello Sport", where he recounts his adventure so far in Italy.
He has shown why he chose Lecce and what are the things he likes most about his new life in Italy.
" Since the first day, here they have made me feel like I am one of them and have welcomed me in the best possible way. I live in the city center, I have a problem with parking. And the food is excellent. Pasta with pomodorini and pizzas are the best", were Ramadan's first words.
Pantaleo Corvino bought him from Aberdeen in the summer for €1.2m to replace Morten Hjulmand, the former captain who moved to Sporting Lisbon for a record €18m plus three other bonuses.
He added: “I knew from day one that I had to give a lot more. Always 100%. Hjulmand was important here and did very well. I knew that I just had to work, work and work".
Then, Ramdani revealed the backstage with his transfer, showing that another Italian club was also interested in him.
"In the summer, Hellas Verona was also an option. But after seeing this project, the seriousness of the club, I had no doubts", said the midfielder.
To conclude, Ramadani spoke about the relationship with coach D'Aversa, who said: "It's going quite well, he helps me a lot and even helps me with personal training. He told me that I have to shoot and when I have space I do it. I have scored 8 goals in my career and one is with Albania ".
