The coach of the Albanian National Team, Sylvinho, says that there are some players on the field, who quickly convey the coach's message to other footballers.
In the interview for the show "Real Story", with careful language and "sports diplomacy", the coach said that there are some footballers who do this, but did not mention names. He singles out the climate that exists among the national team players, which he described as very good.
" Yes, it is and it is not one, but there are many who communicate with each other even during training, talk, discuss, organize, exchange opinions, we have many players. This generation talks less, they are a little more hi tech, but we have a very good relationship with everyone. Everyone has a form of expression. It is true that one knows more than the other, Hysaj, Ramadani, maybe more, the others are maybe more introverted, but even during the game on the field they communicate a lot. We push them to give more and this push is good for the team" , he said.
He also talked about the goal and what plans he has beyond the duo, already confirmed Berisha and Strakosha.
" We have two very strong goalkeepers, we trust both of them, both Berisha and Strakosha, they have made an important journey. Berisha has more than 75 matches with the National Team, Strakosha 35. We have a lot of faith in both of them, they are doing a very good job. We constantly monitor new players, this is the job of a National Team. We don't close the door to anyone, we watch the players and go after them. It is true that in November we have two very important matches for Albania. We go with this group because we have been working together for 9 months. We don't have time to change, we are very happy, but the players are the ones who give the answer and we don't close the door to anyone. This is the work that is done in a national team ", he emphasized.
